After a tumultuous experience elsewhere, Walter au Lac proved to be a sanctuary of calm in Lugano. The rooftop-terrace, with its whirlpool and panoramic views of Lake Lugano and Monte Ré, was a tranquil haven for unwinding. The spa tub was a delightful retreat, perfect for soothing any lingering stress. The staff were as helpful as can be, enhancing my experience with their attentive service. I particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi on the balcony, offering a private relaxation spot overlooking the serene lake. The hotel's central location made exploring Lugano a breeze, with shops, restaurants, and the lake just steps away. For those seeking leisure, the sun terrace and live entertainment were a nice touch. I look forward to returning for more restful moments.
